Seems I have missunderstood:

where I have drawn the information that DSA took over maintenance of
ddtp.debian.org.  As far as I understood any .debian.org machine is
maintained by DSA.

Did you took any action about this (just to make sure that we do not
create duplicated noise).

Hmm, there is a difference between some translations not propagating and
a machine that is gone and does not answer to ping.  I'd start with
rebooting the machine, thought - but I might be naive.
