No, probably not right now. But as more and more countries pass laws
(like in Germany) that have the ISPs keep track of the
IP-Customer-relation it gets more likely to have this possibility
sometime in the future. Perhaps not for simple Brute-Force attacks but
I'm quite sure there will be something done about DDOS and the-like.
