I am on amd64
apt-cache policy libsnmp15
libsnmp15:
  Installed: 5.4.1~dfsg-6
  Candidate: 5.4.1~dfsg-7.1
  Version table:
     5.4.1~dfsg-7.1 0
        500 http://ftp.au.debian.org testing/main Packages
        100 http://ftp.au.debian.org unstable/main Packages
     5.4.1~dfsg-7+lenny1 0
        500 http://security.debian.org lenny/updates/main Packages
 *** 5.4.1~dfsg-6 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

5.4.1~dfsg-7.1 depends on libperl5.10 which depends on perl-base =5.10
and this brings along the conflict
