This version is stable, i've looked in www.openssh.org too.
"OpenSSH 3.5 released October 14, 2002.
Contains support for SSH1 and SSH2 protocols." (www.openssh.org)
Take a look in the site www.underlinux.com.br
in the section "Versões Estáveis" -> Stable Versions, in english.
The OpenSSH 3.5p1 is in the list.
