Thanks, but everything is already in place:

# apt-get build-dep libpam-sfs

upgraded.

I'm running plain dpkg-buildpackage in the libpam-sfs-0.2.2 dir,
i.e. with no -d switch (i.e. without suppressing warnings related to
Build-Depends:).
