just to avoid these tricks you have to reply to confirm subscribe
or unsubsribe .....

so you mut to make the assumption that ppl don't read e-mail but just reply
to everything they found on their mailbox  :-))

maybe a new worm for windows that reply and subscribe yourself to all ml
it know ??
