DSA-2173-1 vs. tracker

Hi all,
do I understand correctly that DSA-2173-1 [1][2] fixes
TEMP-0603436-5CA466 [3] ?

If this is the case, I think the tracker should be updated to be aware
of the link between the DSA and vulnerability...

Or am I completely off-track?
