OpenVAS sources packages moved to github

Hi *,

following the announcement [1] for the upcoming move of the OpenVAS code
management to github the last main module gvm (previously named
openvas-manager) [2] was moved a few months ago.

This post is a short notice that all watch files like [3] are pointing
to a location where no new releases are expected anymore. The new
location of all OpenVAS components (the upcoming name will be GVM 10
including some renaming of components) are now available at:
