Correction: Version needs to be

  * python3-qutip     5.1.1-2+really4.7.5
  * python3-qutip-*   5.1.1-20

Which gives:

  $> dpkg --compare-versions 5.1.1-2+really4.7.5 '<<' 5.1.1-20 \
     && echo True
  True
```
