Re: joblib 1.1.0-3 on salsa

Dear list,
I think I have excluded or patched all the failing tests.
Some were apparently fixed by upstream, so I applied their fixes, but I am unable to check the arm failing tests.

If someone on the list is available for a review and eventually an upload....

Thanks for your attention.

Regards,
Chiara

Dear list,

I have committed a new package version for joblib 1.1.0.
This version:
- exclude one test that made the build fail [1] in unstable amd64. Apparently the test is 'flaky', it fails from time to time (see the related issue on github [2]).
- add the build of the documentation (closes bug #959991 [3]). I ignored warnings in the build and I excluded two examples from the gallery because of their dependencies (dask distributed) and the fact that they download data from the network.

Some other tests are failing in different architectures, for some of them issues are already opened upstream. I will take some time in the next days to check them, I just want to be sure that skipping them (if there is no obvious fix) is the right policy.

Thanks for your attention.
Chiara
