I don't think it works that way. Giveback works for failed builds. For uninstallable B-D, buildd would automatically pick that up as soon as missing B-D is available without any giveback. I anyway went ahead and tried doing so and got: You are authenticated as nilesh. ✓ Working on package opm-simulators, suite experimental and architecture arm64. ✓ Package in state BD-Uninstallable, cannot give back. ✗
The package was BD-Uninstallable because I was faster than Gard and you, and the giveback reverts to the BD-Uninstallable check while buildd figures out whether or not all build dependencies are installable. The package is building now.
