I don't think it works that way. Giveback works for failed builds. For uninstallable B-D, buildd would automatically pick that up as soon as missing B-D is available without any giveback.
I anyway went ahead and tried doing so and got:

Package in state BD-Uninstallable, cannot give back. ✗
