paraview and vtk8 license problems

Hello all, 

The issues reported by ftp-master against the VTK7 package [1] can also
be found in vtk8, and hence, in paraview. I've just pushed an updated
d/copyright file. To upload a new version one will also have to rebuild
the tarball, because there were some files with questionable copyright
in the OpenGL volume renderer. Since this old backend is no longer used
within paraview (or so I assume) one can simply drop these files.
