The general rule is that a task will be created if we have packages
that fit into this task and if somebody (you?) cares about maintaining
the task file (adding the package names and make sure every matching
package is menitoned there).

No problem with the delay.  No idea how to help here but if you have
prcise questions they could be answered here on the list.
