RFS: h5py/2.7.0~rc2-2 [RC]

Dear all,

May I ask someone to sponsor this update of h5py [1]. It fixes one of
the two RCs (verified on dom builds for mips [2] and s390x [3]).

Upstream is still working on the other RC at this time, and this new
update could help clearing the build logs a bit.
