copyright-refers-to-symlink-license

Hi everyone,

I'm currently getting a bunch of 

copyright-refers-to-symlink-license usr/share/common-licenses/GPL

problems for Trilinos [1]. However, I don't see where `usr/share/common-licenses/GPL` is referred to; the copyright file [2] seems to be okay.

Any ideas?
