Sponsor upload needed for fix to package frog

Hi Mattia et al,

@Mattia: Thanks again for all the uploads last time!

I now have a new sponsor upload request for the package frog:
  https://anonscm.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/frog.git

Our new packages last round (notably libfolia) broke one of our existing
packages that did not receive an update (frog), as reported in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=843053 .

I have updated the frog package to require libfolia 1.4, as well as libicu-dev >= 57.
This should fix the reported issue (no new upstream version). If you
have tips to prevent such ABI breakage in the future then those would be very
welcome, I think the current fix will work but I suppose it should have been
prevented in libfolia already.

lintian will report some typos in the man pages, these have been fixed upstream
and will be included in the next release.

Regards,
