well, i knew you were on this list, and i often get "please email the
list" responses from DDs, when i email them directly. i can't win :P

wait. but i thought the way that you changed the install location was by
modifying the source package, like i've described above?

if this is the way, then any clues as to what i'm doing wrong? or is
there a different way to do it?
