packages ready for upload

the following packages should be fixed and ready:

 - r-cran-desolve
 - r-cran-contfrac
 - r-cran-modeltools

could you double check the copyright file in r-cran-desolve? there was
one stray file which needed a separate copyright entry, and i think i
did it correctly.
