packages which are actually GPL2 only

hi andreas,

i've just figured out that a bunch of my packages are being rejected for
containing the "or (at your option) a later version" when they are GPL2
only :/

i have committed the fixes, and the following packages are now ready:

r-cran-elliptic
r-cran-pbapply
r-cran-estimability
r-cran-modeltools
r-cran-contfrac
r-cran-lsmeans

note that r-cran-contfrac is still in the new queue, and hasn't been
rejected yet. i don't know if you have to wait for it to be rejected
before resubmitting.
