No, I was just explaining why the PET can only be used as a "sponsor
queue" if the whole team follows my advise (which is maybe not realistic
for such a large team).

The PET is useful as an overview even if it is not used as a "sponsor
queue" i.e. if we keep the present practice of asking on the list for a
sponsor. The present practice has the advantage that many people see the
sponsorship request, not only the ones actively checking the PET with
the aim to sponsor something. Maybe the way it is now works better for
this team anyway.
