Joining the team to team-maintain r-cran-ncdf4

Hi,

I have filed an ITP [1] to package r-cran-ncdf4 and I would like to
maintain it under the team's umbrella.

I have already filed a request to join on Alioth, but got no response
so far and also uploaded the finished package to NEW.
