Yes, in this thread but do avoid some subjects like "Name for a new project
wanted.  Just throw in suggestions and vote about them" (or something like
this.

There are no mailing lists at '@alioth.debian.org'.  You either have the
general mailing list server lists.debian.org and you have the alioth lists
at lists.alioth.debian.org.
