You can / should add a debian/upstream file to all your packages.  The
Blends features can be used for all packages fitting in one of the
existing (or to be created) Blends.  You should be a bit more specific
about your package in mind.

OK, I have added sequitur-g2p that is now in new queue to linguistics.
It would be great if you would consider using a Debian Science VCS and
join the Debian Science list to bring in further input fot the other
suggested tasks.  It would be good to have these but just featuring a
single package does not make much sense to me.
