new open science list

Hello:
There is a new list devoted to open source science, which might
be of interest to some members of the debian-science list.

The topic of debian-science, namely science-related FOSS, is in common
with the topic of the open science list. However, the new open science
list is more general I think. For example, you might want to cross-post
a copyright or license question.
