links and systems.
Notice that this debate already showed up several times on this
mailing list and that the answers are not obvious or controversial. I
would advise to coordinate much with debtags people who have already
thought a lot about this issues (hence the current naming of the
metapackages inspired from the *existing* debtags).
There is also some stuff around Wikipedia. My main motto: let's not
reinvent the wheel.
