GEANT4 is packaged by Kevin McCarty. You can find his repository at

        deb http://borex.princeton.edu/~kmccarty/ unstable main contrib

FYI I've just uploaded .debs there of the new release, GEANT4 version
4.8.1 + patch 01, for i386 and amd64 on unstable. For once, a patch
release doesn't even break library ABI compatibility! (Granted, I had
to revert one minor change to accomplish this...)

Incidentally, the licensing situation of GEANT4 has improved
considerably, for those who are interested. It's now available under
a license which looks like it was "inspired" by the X-Oz license plus
an anti-patent clause:

http://geant4.web.cern.ch/geant4/license/
http://geant4.web.cern.ch/geant4/license/LICENSE.html

It's still not free enough for Debian/main, but at least it's
distributable. Debian-legal did a thread on it at my request:

http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2006/07/msg00016.html

The main problems are a few bits of code in GEANT4 included from other
projects that are licensed LGPL or GPL (GEANT4's license is not
compatible with those licenses); you can find which ones they are in
the copyright file of the GEANT4 .debs. I've been meaning to contact
upstream about this but haven't had a chance yet. The other big issue
is that GEANT4 uses the CLHEP library, which is still in a completely
murky state with respect to licensing. Once these are solved I think
GEANT4 could be uploaded to Debian/non-free.

best regards,
