That's the one in cwofz.cpp. However, the README in the top-level
directory says:
"You can redistribute Matpack and/or modify it under the terms of
 the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software
 Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) 
 any later version."

Also, the webpage states that Matpack is GPL licensed.

Anyway, the Faddeva code in Matpack looks fine.
