New subscriber, question

Firstly excuse my english, i'm spanish.

My name is Eneko. I'm a member of a Linux Group called Glub (http://glub.ehu.es)

We have an  IBM ES/9000 9121  and we want to install linux on it. We do not have
any Operating System on it, so we
need a bootable Linux tape for it.

I have seen that there are some files in debian to buid this tape, but i don't
know how to buid it.

Someone has a job for OS390 to buid this tape or can told me how to do it. Which
files are needed ????

Someone has a text explaining it ????
