Benchmarks should be disabled (was Re: rust-criterion-0.3: drop package: outdated branch unmaintained upstream)

criterion is a *benchmarking* library.

There's virtually no point running benchmarks in Debian i.e. downstream: they help upstream get an idea and keep track of performance of their work. We don't really care. And they are resource intensive, wasting precious buildd and/or debci time.

Please just disable them whenever possible.
