Although rust-ruma-state-res is the only remaining binary dependency,
there are a large number of autopkgtest dependencies. These are
disguised because the Debian Rust team sets skip-not-installable by
default so these autopkgtests would report "Neutral" results if
rust-criterion-0.3 were uninstallable (like it is now because of the
"new" rust-itertools).
