Re: rust v1.72 in debian sid?
Hi,
Ok, I found history of previous releases to SID on the page:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rustc
2023-09-20] Accepted rustc 1.70.0+dfsg1-1 (source) into unstable
2023-09-13] Accepted rustc 1.69.0+dfsg1-1 (source) into unstable
2023-09-10] Accepted rustc 1.68.2+dfsg1-1 (source) into unstable
2023-09-04] Accepted rustc 1.67.1+dfsg1-1 (source) into unstable
But not all, not every version goes further into next stage:
2023-09-26] rustc 1.70.0+dfsg1-1 MIGRATED to testing
2023-09-19] rustc 1.69.0+dfsg1-1 MIGRATED to testing
2023-09-10] rustc 1.67.1+dfsg1-1 MIGRATED to testing
2023-07-03] rustc 1.66.0+dfsg1-1 MIGRATED to testing

I would conclude that for now it would be better to use rust v1.70 to
keep with Debian pace.
