I attached the whole log, it are actually just the tests that are failing. To be honest so far I just called update.sh and build.sh.. so sorry this whole thing is still confusing for me.. autopkgtest ----------- autopkgtest [16:03:28]: starting date and time: 2023-09-27 16:03:28+0200 autopkgtest [16:03:28]: version 5.30 autopkgtest [16:03:28]: host test; command line: /usr/bin/autopkgtest /home/axel/debcargo-conf/build/rust-oo7_0.2.1-1.dsc /home/axel/debcargo-conf/build/rust-oo7_0.2.1-1_amd64.changes -- schroot debcargo-unstable-amd64-sbuild autopkgtest [16:03:28]: testbed dpkg architecture: amd64 autopkgtest [16:03:28]: testbed apt version: 2.7.3 autopkgtest [16:03:28]: testbed running kernel: Linux 6.4.0-3-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.4.11-1 (2023-08-17) autopkgtest [16:03:28]: @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ source /home/axel/debcargo-conf/build/rust-oo7_0.2.1-1.dsc dpkg-source: warning: extracting unsigned source package (/tmp/autopkgtest.IiPUTn/rust-oo7_0.2.1-1.dsc) dpkg-source: info: extracting rust-oo7 in src dpkg-source: info: unpacking rust-oo7_0.2.1.orig.tar.gz dpkg-source: info: unpacking rust-oo7_0.2.1-1.debian.tar.xz autopkgtest [16:03:28]: testing package rust-oo7 version 0.2.1-1 autopkgtest [16:03:28]: build not needed autopkgtest [16:03:28]: test rust-oo7:@: preparing testbed Reading package lists... This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: librust-oo7+cbc-dev : Depends: librust-cbc-0.1+default-dev but it is not installable Depends: librust-cbc-0.1+zeroize-dev but it is not installable E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.I'd say that your schroot needs to be updated. autopkgtest doesn't do that by default, while the build itself does. During the build, the chroot pulled in a lot of updates and was also able to successfully install librust-cbc-dev. If you run “sbuild-update -udar debcargo-unstable-amd64-sbuild” and then retry the build, I suspect the autopkgtests will get past this issue. Cheers,
