ок, если я не прав, то просто поправьте, я не собираюсь тут разводить 
оффтопики и холивары...
допустим я могу не спеша переводить 1-2 мана в неделю и какое-то кол-во 
страниц на wiki, но не более... получается bottleneck - кол-во таких
энтузиастов << кол-ва не_энтузиастов и << кол-ва пакетов, к которым 
нужно ман перевести...

просто поправьте или дополните, я ситуацию вижу таким образом, возможно 
все не так или частично так и надо оставить как есть-пусть вражеские 
переводы во вражеских wiki нас вообще не цепляют ))

нет, действительно интересно, долго над этим думал, но не нашел 
окончательного ответа...
