Вдогонку про gammu и wammu.
В "Phone Searching Log" wammu я нашел следующее:

Как это - Neither GNOME Bluetooth nor PyBluez found ? Почему wammu не
видит GNOME Bluetooth?
Видимо, поэтому wammu (и gammu?) не находят телефон? Хотя я указывал в
gammurc и в настройках wammu (wammurc не создавал) не только
bluetooth-адрес 03:F4:82:90:01:00, но и /dev/rfrcomm0.
