Bug#256946: irussian: New version of the package that produces myspell-ru package available

Hi, Oleg!

I've updated your packages so they produce myspell dictionary for
OpenOffice and Mozilla. I also closed that bug with new dictionary
policy and updated policy version, here is full changelog:

rus-ispell (0.99f4-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * updated info-ispell according to dsdt policy (Closes: #232158)
  * added dash char to Otherchars field in info-ispell file.
  * build myspell-ru dictionary.
  * added build-depends on myspell and new dictionaries-common-dev.

Updated packages are available at
http://velvet.po.cs.msu.su/~nidd/debian/. 

I've checked them, they are not only lintian free (except lintian
erroneously thinks that I'm going to NMU your packages), but it seems
that they are working properly. :)
