еще чутку порылся:
там егойный каталог dicts ссылается на каталог /usr/share/myspell
попытка найти русский в myspell (пакет myspell-dictionary-ru фигурирует,
как рекомендуемые к установке, когда сабж ставим) к успеху не привела:
#apt-get install myspell-dictionary-ru

вообще можно ли поставить сабж из репозитария (зачем я это делаю - хочу
обновлять не руками) с нормальной поддержкой русской орфографии?
