Нет. pre1 - это обычно исправление ошибок в "стабильном" ядре. Ведь "стабильный"
номер тестирует/пытается скомпилировать большее количество людей, чем
pre/rc.

Точно не знаю как использовать, я не программирую. Знаю что мы это используем,
и опция работает.
