Are you sure about "×ËÌÀÞÉÔØ ÅÇÏ × ÓÏÓÔÁ× äÅÂÉÁÎÁ" ?
Yesterday it was in Debian News that every new package _might_ require three
maintainers to be included into new (testing) Debian distribution. Do you have
so many collegues who are willing to support it if you are not availbale due to
some reason?
Why not just find a hosting and advertise it as "not officially supported"
Debian package?
