Yes, that's what I've been doing all allong, but that doesn't work.

BTW, also when I try konqueror (4:2.2.0.20010822-1), I get the same
result (same incorrect letters, no matter whether I select
`View/Set EnCoding/Cyrillic (cp 1251)', or not.

(this all again tested with http://top.list.ru:8005/)
