I like debian/latest, in the cases where we need to diverge from
unstable in experimental, we can advise people to create a
debian/experimental branch. The debian/experimental branch may be ahead
of debian/latest for a specific time window, that's true, but I think
the cases that we need to do this are rare (i.e. the interpreter during
transitions).
