The pre-paid rate at Citadienes is ~120 Eur per night when booked directly or via booking.com, and it seems to be one of the cheaper options. Last time we were less people, prices were lower in general and IIRC we had a budget of 20K. I know, Jonathan granted 15K, but I think we should keep an eye on that.
