Th commit you point to tries installing a header file into ruby vendor
dir /usr/include/ruby-$(ruby_version)/vendor_ruby/
However in current scenario, oj.h file is not even available in the
archive, which is vendored by "oj" gem -- this needs to be packaged first,
and hence this is not an (exactly) equivalent scenario to what you linked to :)
