I don't think it's possible: the included copy of libev is patched
one, and with stock version of libev nio4r test suite has 2 failures.
Maybe somebody with deep knowledge of libev can create proper wrappers
for patched functions but I can't. So I propose to remove libev-dev
from BD and build with included copy of it.
