Bug#804482: ruby-opennebula: please migrate to ruby-mysql2

Dear OpenNebula packaging team,

your ruby-opennebula package depends on ruby-mysql, which itself is
considered deprecated upstream, and maintenance has ceased about a
year ago [1].

Please persuade upstream into switching to ruby-mysql2 or a similar
gem.

ruby-mysql (and ruby-dbd-mysql) should be going away from testing
soon, and I don't expect somebody to fix it for stretch; rather it
should just go away completely.
