RFH: sup-mail

Hi!

Please help!

I played around with sup-mail yesterday and saw some issues that I
don't know what to do about really...

Relevant bugs are the two important bugs on the sup-mail BTS page.
In short:

* Adding sources doesn't work and needs to be patched (possible to run
  with ruby1.8 and eventually I will probably figure it out how to port but
  help is welcome).

* Starting sup-mail with my added sources makes it crash directly stating
  that HookManager doesn't have any instance when calling run! on it.


If you can't reproduce the issue please state so in the bug.
