RFS: ruby-devise

Hello all, 
i prepared the package ruby-devise.
It is to be found here: 
https://gitorious.org/debian-diaspora/ruby-devise
https://mentors.debian.net/package/ruby-devise

and has ITP #691525.
It builds with pbuilder and is lintian clean
(besides a message about standards-version 3.9.4).
