  It just did:

~ dak ls libglobalhotkeys-ruby1.8
libglobalhotkeys-ruby1.8 |    0.3.2-3 |       testing | all
libglobalhotkeys-ruby1.8 |    0.3.2-3 |      unstable | all

  The thing is that the older source/binary package stays in sid as
long as something depends on it, either in unstable or in testing. So,
in your case, you just had to wait until your package transitioned to
testing.
