Hi,
I have been working on it, although slowly, as I am quite short on
time. I uploaded one of its dependencies
(libgettext-activerecord-ruby), which is already in NEW. You can find
the other dependency (liblocale-rails-ruby) and the package you
mention are in progress and close to ready in the pkg-ruby-extras
repository.
