I did not, but I am using an improved work-around via a rules-hook for
now so that we do not have to change the tarball.  But indeed, it might
be worth pointing out this trival change to the devs to save us the
trouble and make them more compliant.  ;)

Not at all.  Well except for the fact that libjson-ruby1.8 should be
Architecture: any and not all. :)

A fixed package will be on its way to a Debian archive server near you
soon!
